The Big Game rifle features a Mauser M98 Magnum action, chambered in the legendary .416 Rigby calibre. The 24-inch barrel boasts a durable plasma nitride finish and a standard front foresight. The rear sights feature a standard fixed sight regulated at 65 yards and two folding leaf sights regulated at 150 and 250 yards. The stock is crafted from grade seven deluxe walnut, measuring 14 ½-inches in length and features a traditional pistol grip shape, with grip cap, an inlaid silver oval and a ¾-inch traditional rubber recoil pad. The double square bridge design allows for scope mounting capabilities, with the action being finished with a single trigger and three-position wing safety.
Marked with the 2025 London proof marks, with the rifle’s serial number inlaid in gold on the trigger guard. They feature custom engravings that celebrate Rigby’s rich legacy, including a specially designed floorplate that denotes its limited series number out of 250, the lettering ‘th’ engraved next to the 250-yard rear sight marker and a three-panelled chequered bolt handle engraved with the Rigby 250th anniversary seal logo.
